· 1988
Tim build his first nearfield monitor ‘Tommy’ when he was twelve, many pairs sold to school fellows.
· 1989
Second design ‘Pillar’, a two way design with 4 x 5’ drivers.
· 1991-1992
Designed the 3rd speakers system ‘Memory’,with a tree trunk and JBL co-axial drivers.
· 1993
Designed a hexagon shaped passive subwoofer for the ‘Memory’ system and incorporated it with his GCSE Art project, the ‘Universe’.
· 1995
Encountered Billy Woodman of ATC, became MAD for the ATC stuffs.
· 1999
Building speakers with ATC drivers, with guidance of Billy and a few leading British designers.
· 2004
The lifestyle concept ‘MyCAT’ was born, the first original high-end loudspeaker design of ‘MAD’.
· 2005
Planning to form My Audio Design, launched R&D on conductors and future designs at ‘Newton Institute’.
· 2007
Moved in Whitehall. Car accident in London…………..
· 2008
Live is too short, decided to officially launch ‘MAD’ with cables and power conditioners, with a traumatized soul and body.
· 2009
Launched the most beautiful loudspeakers in the world ‘Royal Salute’ at London Hi Fidelity Show 09.
· 2010
-Received 8 top reviews from British Hi-Fi magazines, Hi Fi and media.
-Successfully launched the ‘MyCLAPTON’ loudspeakers series at London Hi Fidelity and the HI END show in Munich, praised by the editor of the adventuresinhifiaudio.com as ‘the best room at the show’.
